取消政策

Thank you for choosing our street dance classes. To ensure a smooth experience for all participants, please carefully read the following terms and conditions before registering: 1. Registration & Payment • Full payment is required to secure your spot in the course. • 40% of the total fee is non-refundable, serving as a deposit to reserve your place and allocate teaching resources. • Enrollment is subject to availability and will be confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. 2. Trial Class Policy • One-time trial class at 50% of the regular rate. • Should the student decide to enroll in the full course after the trial, the trial class fee will be deducted from the total course payment. 3. Refund Policy • Except for the non-refundable 40% deposit of the original price, any remaining course fees may be refunded upon request due to personal cancellation. • Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days from the date of approval and returned to the original payment method. • No refunds or make-up classes will be provided for student absences after the course has commenced, unless under exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of the studio. 4. Renewal Discount • Students who renew their course before the current session ends are eligible for a 5% discount on the next full-term enrollment. 5. Schedule Adjustments • The studio reserves the right to adjust class schedules, venues, or instructors due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, venue availability, or emergencies. Any changes will be communicated in advance, and make-up arrangements will be provided if applicable. 6. Liability Disclaimer • Students are responsible for their own personal belongings during class. Please refrain from bringing valuables to the studio. • While the studio takes all reasonable measures to ensure student safety, we are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during participation in our classes.
